  • Can I return my confectionery products?
    Unfortunately No. We can not accept returns on confectionery products but if the products are in a secondary packinging both primary and secondary packaging is un-opened, untampered, seal is un-broken you can return the product within 10 days of after delivery based on the type of delivery chosen.
  • Can I return the item I order?
    Yes! Once you return the item in a re-saleable condition and within 14 days of delivery.
  • How long does a refund take?
    Refunds can take upto 14 days after we recieve the return product or item that are eligable for returns.
  • Can I cancel my services?
    Yes you can. However depending on when you cancel this would indicate if a deposit is due back to you and how much. Please read the T&C's on any services booked and if unsure please contact us before booking.
  • Are all the products and services being provided by Sweet Tee's?
    No. Some of our products and services will be provided through our third party contractors. So depending on the service you book you would be notified when you book your service.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
    Yes. We have to take a deposit to sercure your booking as we can get booked up quite quickly. If you decide to cancel depending on when you book and when you cancel will determine if a deposit refund is due and to what amount.
  • Do you accept cash?
    We only accept cash at our own events when we may have products for sale otherwish card payments only.
